NCS attorney, Robert Duncan was recently invited by the Indiana Paralegal Association to discuss the scope of Aviation Law and issues encountered.  Bob’s presentation focused on the misconception that aviation law is limited to airplanes.  Instead, this area of law includes over a dozen areas of law, including administrative, international, and labor law.  Bob brings his 50+ years as an active pilot and his 42 years of service in the administration of the Indianapolis Airport to many presentations, conferences, and continuing legal education seminars around the state.  In addition, Bob also teaches aviation law as an adjunct professor at Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
