Rick Norris presented with FAA Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award
On June 11, 2015, the Federal Aviation Administration presented Rick Norris with the Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award in recognition of 50 years of safe flying and his contributions to aviation safety. In addition to the plaque photographed below, Rick's name will be added to the FAA's Roll of Honor in Washington D.C. and at the FAA Flight Standards District Office in Indianapolis, IN.
The Master Pilot Award recognizes pilots who have demonstrated professionalism, skill and aviation expertise by maintaining safe operations for 50 or more years. Rick joins NCS attorney, Bob Duncan on the Roll of Honor. Bob was presented with the Master Pilot Award in 2011. Congratulations to Rick and Bob on achieving this aviation milestone.
