Norris Choplin Schroeder Attorney Speaks at Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Symposium

On March 31, 2017, NCS attorney Melissa A. Hamer-Bailey presented at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law’s annual Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Symposium, “Protecting the Urban Environment.”  Ms. Hamer-Bailey spoke about her Brownfield redevelopment experiences, the various legal and financial mechanisms available in Indiana to address Brownfields and contaminated properties, and of expanding the thought-process regarding addressing urban Brownfields to include a holistic approach including the surrounding neighborhoods.
