Scott A. Harkness

Professional Experience

Scott is a partner of the firm, and was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1967. Scott has represented numerous businesses, corporations and organizations throughout his 19-year career. Many of these engagements involve the defense of all types of tort suits, insurance coverage, and environmental litigation. Scott, his wife, Nancy, and their son, are residents of Carmel, Indiana where they are active in Carmel United Methodist Church and supporters of local art organizations. Mr. Harkness is an active member of the Indianapolis Downtown Kiwanis, including its Abe Lincoln Scholarship Committee, and as well as a variety of other community activities. He coaches little league baseball and football in his spare time.
