Richard L. Norris

Professional Experience

Rick is one of the firm's founding partners. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1945. He is a Registered Civil Mediator. He is frequently selected as a mediator and an arbitrator. Prior to attending law school, he worked as an insurance underwriter and independent agent. He is an active pilot, having logged in excess of 3,000 hours, and currently holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with instrument and multi-engine ratings. He is also a flight instructor for these categories, and a speaker at aviation functions.
