Professional Experience

Joe is a partner of the firm and was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1955. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he operated as a sole practitioner for over 14 years. Joe has been involved in criminal and civil jury trials in his 25 year career. In civil litigation, he has been involved in tort lawsuits as well as insurance coverage litigation. Joe has worked with individuals in the formation and development of corporations and limited liability companies. He has also worked with individuals and businesses in their estate planning needs as well as guardianship and probate related issues. Joe has represented municipal entities in town and city related legal needs. He is married and has two children.
